Leonardo Hotel Galway

I liked the staff, Sylvia at the front desk is very patient and so quick at finding answers. I loved the breakfast buffet, I had no idea it would be that good.Great selection of hot items and cereals, yogurt, fruit etc I liked the location, so close to the lovely walks along the River Corrib, yet so close to the restaurants and shops along Quay Street. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was a nice spot to relax in and the food was good

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The beds were so comfortable! The extra touches in the room were incredible and much appreciated. The view of the courtyard over the river was so nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to great restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We also appreciated the air conditioning even though it was not hot in June but muggy with rain, it really helped to be able to sleep in a cool and dry location. The staff were lovely. We will definitely look for Leonardo Hotels in the future.

Breakfast was very good, self service and good hot food selection. The staff member couldn’t find my name on the breakfast guest list and was not a problem as it was sorted very professionally. The location to the city with the car park next door makes this hotel a real treasure. Good discount given on adjacent car park.

Location was excellent - everything shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We got a complimentary upgrade as it was my husband's birthday as well as complimentary chocolates which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, so there really isn't anything to complain about. The mini fridge was great to keep milk cold as I don't like the hotel long life milk. Breakfast did not disappoint either as there was and excellent variety of hot and cold food. We had dinner in the hotel bar on both nights. The beef and Guinness stew was the best I've tasted. I would definitely stay again.
